On this page you will find available forms for permit requests, downloadable in PDF format and to be filled out and delivered to the offices of the Marina Area.
The Managing Body examines the applications and decides on their acceptance or rejection within 60 days from the date of receipt.
The application is rejected, upon express and detailed reasoning, when:
- the requested activities are incompatible with the aims of the Marine Area;
- in case of evident breach of the applicable laws regulating the sector;
- if there is need to contain tourism flows and anthropic burden.
For all requests by visitors and non-residents concerning activities clearly related to tourism in the Marine Protected Area, such as scuba diving, mooring, anchoring and sport fishing, the Managing Body shall handle the requests in accordance with the requirements of use of the requested permits.
